Sun Rivers Neighborhood Information

Sun Rivers is a community located on the northeastern side of Kamloops on the Kamloops Indian Band Reserve against Mount Peter and Mount Paul. It is located east on Highway 5 near the junction with the Trans Canada Highway. It is developed around the Sun Rivers golf course and has over 500 residences.
Sun Rivers Real Estate
There are a number of different communities within Sun Rivers. Ironwood, Canyon Ridge, Mariposa, Sillaro Estates, Trillium and Visao Estates. There are many adult-only communities which are The Pointe, Irongate Place, Stoneridge, 9th Green, Rio Vista, Rosewood and Sagewood. There are a few condominium and townhouse developments in Sun Rivers which are Belmonte, The Fairways, Golf Ridge and Talasa.

Sun Rivers Shopping/Services

There are currently no grocery stores or retail services in Sun Rivers. There is a restaurant at the Clubhouse called Bighorn Bar & Grill. There is shopping nearby in Valleyview and the big box stores in Sahali and Aberdeen are just a quick 5 minute drive up the highway.
Schools
Sun Rivers residents can attend a number of different schools so it's best to contact the SD73 School Board and discuss options with them.
