Pineview, Kamloops

Pineview is a neighbourhood located 15 minutes south west of downtown Kamloops along the Aberdeen Hills. It is a family friendly neighbourhood with a secluded feeling just outside of the city, but so close to all the amenities. It is also known for its world class mountain biking trails.

Pineview is a relatively new development of single family detached homes and multi-family developments. There are homes that will suit many different types of buyers and budgets. Pineview is not as large of a neighbourhood as Sahali or Aberdeen but there are usually many choices available for buyers.

Residents of Pineview are within a very short drive of shopping and services and Costco is located just down the hill. Aberdeen Mall is a quick drive and there are many different big box type stores like Canadian Tire and Chapters as well as smaller independent retailers and services.

There is no elementary school in Pineview but students can attend McGowan Park Elementary and Sahali Secondary School. SD73 provides school bus pickup for this area.
