2016 Listing Competition - You could win a Hawaiian Get Away

Hawaiian Get Away Listing Competition Details
1) Listing competition runs from March 1st, 2016 - September 30th, 2016 - All listings with Andrew Karpiak Personal Real Estate Corporation must be active during this time frame and only those that have a firm offer by November 15th, 2016 will be entered into a draw(s) to win.
2) Draw date is November 30th, 2016 and will be conducted at the Royal LePage Westwin office by blind selection.
3) Prize consists of a 7 night stay in a 2BR, 2Bath 1000sqft ground floor condominium on a very special island in Hawaii. Stay must take place from December 1st, 2016 to December 31st, 2017. Some exceptions may be made.
4) Only properties listed over $300,000 are eligible for the draw. Some exceptions may be made. Inquire with me if you think your property is close to that value.
5) Odds of winning are 1 in 5. This means that I will do a draw for every 5 properties I list and sell.
6) Andrew Karpiak Personal Real Estate Corp reserves the right to change or cancel the competition at any time.
7) Selling and Purchasing a home??- If so, that will enter you into the competion twice! Your odds just got better.
