When complete, this year-round pedestrian friendly village will cater to the needs to both Tobiano residents and guests alike. Although still in the preliminary stages of planning, the village services are already in the ground ready for construction. Word from the developer is that the village will have roughly 50,000sqft of commercial space laid out in a pedestrian friendly walk about fashion similar to award winning Sun Peaks Village. Expect a neighborhood style grocery store, coffee and sandwich shops, artisan stores and more.
